GET THE MOST FROM YOUR SESSION:
Schedule a time when you can follow treatment with 2 hours of inactivity
or of minimal activity.
On the day of treatment:
- Be well hydrated and bring at least another 16 oz. of water with you.
- You will remain dressed during treatment: wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- For your first session arrive 10 minutes early to complete a medical history form.
- Postpone treatment if you have symptoms of a cold, flu, or similar viral or bacterial infection. (You need rest. Treatment at this time could overload your body.)

DRINK PLENTLY OF FLUIDS!
Think of your body as “wet cement” that needs restful time to "set" after treatment. In ideal circumstances, do the following:
- minimal activity for the first 2 hours (rest, read a book, watch a movie)
- calm activity for 24 hours (no weight-lifting, no jogging, etc.)
One-hour treatments continue within the body making changes, corrections, improvements for up to 48-hours. (You are “working out” internally for up to 2 days, so help your body heal by keeping external activity to a minimum.)
Note changes in sleep, appetite, pain level, etc. during/after this 48-hour period.
